This lets me photograph your athlete and hand you the photos. Because your athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian fills this out. Takes about a minute.

By signing below, I give Neal Visuals permission to:
  • Photograph and/or video the athlete named above;
  • Deliver those images to me and my family;
  • Use the images to promote Neal Visuals (website, social media, portfolio).
No payment is owed to me for this use, and I release Neal Visuals from claims related to the authorized use of these images.
A quick note before the next box: sharing your athlete's photos is a real way to get your kid seen — a standout shot can put them in front of more people, and college coaches love good highlights. It also helps a local, one-person business grow. I only ever share images in a positive, respectful way. Leaving the box below unchecked is the biggest help — but it's totally your call.
